In the context of strengthening academic and research relations, Professor Dr. Rasha Khalil Abdel -Abed President of the University of Rafidain, offered a bouquet of roses congratulations to Professor Dr. Haider Abdel Dhahd, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on the occasion of his installation of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs in his position.
