Under the patronage and supervision of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Naim Al -Aboudi, the activities of the first national conference for Iraqi scholars, which came with the aim of strengthening the channels of direct communication between scholars and decision makers, and opening new horizons to invest their research energiesAnd knowledge in supporting the scientific and educational process of Iraq.The conference witnessed a wide presence of a group of academics and officials, where the Ministry's agents, general directors, heads of Iraqi universities, and invited from prominent scientific and research figures participated.

The University of Bilad Al-Rafidain had an active presence in this scientific event, as the President of the University, Professor Rasha Khalil Abed, participated, along with her colleagues, university presidents, in the conference's work, in confirmation of the vital role played by the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain within the higher education system, and its continuous support for initiatives that enhance qualityEducation and scientific communication with Iraqi scholars abroad.This conference represents an important station to consolidate the bridges of cooperation and exchange of visions, in a way that contributes to making an advanced academic future that meets Iraq's scientific and developmental aspirations.
