This cooperation has embodied the spirit of real partnership between the union and academic institutions, in order to enhance the position of the university professor and support his rights and scientific and professional status.

In this context, the President of the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain Professor Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed confirmed that the affiliation with the Academic Syndicate is a great honor, because of the support and true support of this institution for every academic in Iraq, it is not just an organizational framework, but rather a comprehensive house that preserves scientific dignity and enhances academic identity.

The union, in turn, stands today at the forefront of the supporting classes for the development of higher education, and keeps pace with cognitive and legislative developments to ensure a balanced educational environment that preserves the rights of teaching staff and pushes the wheel of scientific research forward.
